Today, Homewise is a full service organization for the homebuyer and homeowner, providing financial and homebuyer education classes, individual financial and home buyer counseling, mortgage and home improvement lending, in-house real estate agents and a qualifying broker, real estate development of new homes, and home improvement services for individuals and families who own their home.

Homewise has become the trusted advisor for home buyers and home owners in Santa Fe. As of December 2011, more than 2,400 Santa Feans could trace their new homes to Homewise mortgages and counseling, and more than 8,400 people had graduated from financial fitness and home buyer education and home improvement workshops, over 1,750 homeowners have repaired and improved their homes, and Homewise has built more than 468 Energy Star® energy and water efficient homes.
