Being a part of the Campaign is easy. The first step as an employer is to meet with Homewise staff to determine how Homewise services can best help your employees.

As an employer you can provide

• Time for employees to attend informative and motivating orientation to the Homewise programs
• If possible, down payment assistance to help your employees purchase homes

Homewise will provide

• Workplace orientation meetings or outreach tables at your workplace
• FREE financial literacy classes at your workplace
• Individualized homebuyer counseling for your employees
• Down payment assistance for income eligible employees
• Marketing materials for your workplace
• Home Improvement Services and Refinancing for your employees who already own a home
